started cymbalta 30 mg bid yesterday for chronic pain. GI upset, nauseous, upset stomach, could not sleep. After 1 dAy? Go to just 30 mg or is it not for me. Thank you. Serious replies only. I used to work at Lilly 15 years ago.

That means it's working...on your liver (which, let's face it, you never really liked or needed anyway).

It's indicated for chronic muscular plain and fibromyalgia .....you should now that if you sold it.

You need to start at 30mg QD. After a couple of weeks move to 60mg. Also take it with food, specifically fat.
