When you sell on price in the Hospital, it becomes a race to the bottom. When you sell on the Spread in the Private Office, there will be other products from 1099’s and other companies that will have better spreads……race to the top. They were never your customers in the first place, their loyalty was to the return on investment, not you. Good luck.
 






Huge percentage of potential customers who could order in the past can no longer order due to audits.

Office that can order won’t because they are scared. Seen to many of their peers lives get ruined.

“top” performing reps (scum bags who sell on the spread) went to a 1099 model to sell on larger spreads.

I feel like employees who check up on this forum on the regular do not understand. The choice of product is still dependent on ALOT of factors: SOC, wound size, chronicity etc.

Cygnus is just an add on to the "portfolio" to act like it is best thing since sliced bread is a mistake...

If a physician wants to treat a wound in the PO and it is past the inflammatory phase and it is large enough to justify the use of a large graph then a physician should use Cygnus.

Then why do they need Cygnus when Nushield is pretty much the same thing. There is no study out there that shows Cygnus has any clinical superiority. Its a ripoff, not a portfolio builder. Everyone knows it.

These comments would make me laugh if they weren’t so sad. NuShield and Cygnus are not the same. One is a complete placental graft with all layers, the other is a double amnion graft with more growth factors than other straight amnion grafts.
Why hasn’t Cygnus caught fire?? You do realize that it has only been out for 1 month right, and we have plenty of providers that love it both for the efficacy and, yes, the reimbursement helps. You would have to be completely bias or just dumb to not agree that OG has the best product portfolio in the industry.
Now, LW is a whole different story.

Stop overthinking it. Full money grab. Nothing more. We're not reinventing the industry. We have no data. Have you seen our stock price? The street knows it. We know it.

Just enjoy it for as long as it takes the MACs to finally get their shit together.
 












You aren’t supposed to talk about growth factors and how they have an impact on healing. If caught you’ll be fired. You aren’t supposed to talk about allowable over cost and how much your customer will make by applying Novachor, Cygnus, etc. If caught you’ll be fired. Your manager will press you to do both. See the pattern?
The conflict between compliance enforcement and the realities of selling this stuff is highly favoring a 1099 model. Executives hope a fleet car and 401k match keep their people with relationships in their seats. Hope isn’t a strategy. The dam is breaking.

So if it is Terminally Sterilized, how can the Growth Factors make any different. Wouldnt the GF’s be terminally sterilized as well?? Lets hear the clinical gymnastics
