Sounds about right. But I’m thinking early October for layoffs to start.
 








Just ask her OWN reps! Heck, just asked anyone in the company outside of management because she blinded them with her bull crap and you will hear how atrocious she was as a rep and faked her own calls by putting them in as planned calls to show a full calendar and never submitting them to only go back and manipulate them as she wished and hitting the send button. Now reps are getting fired for things she once did…crazy isn’t it! That’s just a nano example! KARMA is a real bitch!!!

Are you new to this industry?

Reps have ALWAYS been fired for doing the exact same things as their managers did for years when they were in the field. Sales management is literally in place to turn a blind eye -- until it's time to unload a problem of their own making, in large scale or small.

This just in….Guinness World Records is coming to the CVM team in Chicago lead by Nicole Herron! They are coming to tally up how many reps have left the district because of this manager. It’s pathetic when you have an internal CVM rep from a neighboring zip code getting tapped to come to her district and the offered gets flat out denied! I wonder how long her boss will watch on the sidelines before she makes a move? Accountability folks!

Yes Pfizer/BMS crushed us combined with upper upper and local management with horrible marketing changes with our messaging! Eliquis kept it simple and ran circles around us! There were also lots of great managers and reps that left, some by choice (Nicole’s team lol) some they didn’t keep because they couldn’t place them! J&J isn’t what it used to be!
