CV team disappearing

When will upper management realize the reason why everyone from CV is leaving is due to the micromanaging of DM & RBD's? Glad I found another job out of this place.

It should concern everyone else remaining that they are not backfilling the positions.

It should concern everyone else remaining that they are not backfilling the positions.

Remember, they may have put you on the CV team so that you would leave. That isn't meant to be an insult to you , it is just that you may fit a profile that they want to move along.
