These are not true oral boards. That would mean spending 1-2 hours with manager getting 40-50 questions asked. This thing is 10 questions which will vary from rep to rep so you can't call your friend and tell them what you should know. This is not an accurate way to truly see where people need to spend more time reviewing/learning. This is punitive, not a learning environment. Way to go leadership.
