Wondering what the rest of the area's retention looks like?

Here's how my area shook out...
*every CV rep retained, regardless of performance and living in territory (one cv rep was placed in a territory a minimum of 2hrs away from home)
*only entresto pcp leads retained
*only 2 of 13 retained reps actually reside in their territory

I was an entresto pcp lead and was laid off
 




1. The vast majority of CV reps were retained.
2. Most of the ‘displaced’ were PCP Leqvio leads.
3. At least one Region (maybe more?) had ISS displacement, despite Duane’s promise that all were safe and expanding.
 








All PCP retained, several CV displaced, including veterans. Several placed in territories where they don’t live, so lots of trading to get everyone back in their home territory.

yes, lot's territory swaps to at least retain some customer continuity. If it's possible this is a bigger mess then ever and has probably set back any progress made. We now have our area mapped to 4 different districts across two regions. Major accounts are all chopped up, it's a complete mess and they still haven't solved the Leqvio credit issue so now you will have more people fighting at appropriation. It's clearer then ever this place doesn't understand the business at all. We are never going to be a top company unless we can evolve to the way medicine is being practiced, and get away from the 1990's metrics and only focusing on the end user. Company should have gone more towards building account teams vs chopping it all up. But that's harder for them to measure so took the easy way out but set the business back in the process

He didn’t say all ISS’s were safe on the National call, but maybe you had a private conversation with him.

I'm a PCP Leqvio lead and I was retained. Many of us were retained.
