CV re-org process

I've been in the industry for almost 20 years. This has to be the worse realignment process, in terms of territory mess clean up, that I've ever experienced.

When sales do not make plan in Q3-Q4 I'm sure the field will get the majority of the blame for "losing focus." You'd hope that someone in leadership would realize the level of disruption caused by this process. If nothing else, get a refund from whatever consultant advised this role out

I am very frustrated. The former OV-PCP rep now is calling on the cards. We were told it would only be clinical cards. But .... has interventionals on the call deck and is insisting on making the calls. How is this a good thing?? I agree with the person who said AZ needs to demand a refund for bad advice.

Nobody is selling anything any longer. The messages are canned by the marketing department and so mundane that the Docs laugh if we try to go into the message. 90 % of all sales calls are fake. Everyone is in on the gag and the stockholders are being ripped off every day.

This is true for all of us! I could give 2 shits how the reorg process is going! I lie about calls every day, and I get paid well to do so! As long as I have a job, I don't give a damn thing AZ does or does not do! Fuck AZ! Just keep sending my checks!
 
















Lol AZ is going to buy the BMS CV team so we all can sell Eliquis. BMS is a pro at selling off products and teams.

With that deal comes the co-promote with Pfizer. BOOM! Pfizer in bed with AZ and the 2014 nix say deal can happen.

All speculation of course.
