Has any other PODS been experiencing back orders of all of the CV/HTN products? If so, can you state which ones and what state your in? Im in Jersey and its been happening more and more! I know Novartis is working on Tekamlo/Amturnide not being available and providing us with a 15% increase back in to our goals. However, Im running into other drugs(Exforge, Diovan) too!

yes, diovan is on back order in new jersey, mainly the 160mg, we are also have issues with tekamlo.

Hey it happens when you have roaches & various cooties contaminating the mfg facilities , why do you think the FDA is so pissed

How are we expected to hit goals if products can not even be handed out at pharmacy level?

So you sell someone on the drug, they prescribe it, its not available at the pharmacy and they choose something else, then the doc is pissed at you and you have to hear this every other day in offices! Then we wonder why a lot of the CV sales force isn't at 100% to goal? Maybe it has to do with all pharmacies not reporting either! I think it's something like 25% of pharmacies dont report data to IMS.

Yet during the annual review process, I have a manager wondering why I didn't hit my goals - YEP thats sounds fair to me! Thanks, I'll take my 1-1 or 1-2 rating!

Sell your samples to the pharmacies...that's what they do in Kentucky.
