Simple facts outside their grasp - you can’t treat customers and employees as disposable assets and expect success. Relationships are not transferable. Customers can pick which reps they interact with. When customers are continually seeing new faces in a short period of time they think the company is unstable and we loose credibility. Nov management acts like they have the power to puppeteer interactions and it’s all a facade. Just look at the former SOCs- all fluff.
Ps- vps will try and attend as many pocket meetings as possible to push culture.

Be extremely cautious when you hear management speaking to " culture" instead of salary increases, accelerated bonus plans and stock options.
Those are quantifiable, and they're why you get up and go to work.
Keep your "culture" (btw, the only "culture" I can see is anger and resentment toward senior management).
If you want happy and productive reps, try giving them accurate data and reasonable compensation.
