I've tried to research everything possible and now have a final interview for RD field role. I know things are still in flux from acquisition but otherwise, are things in field ok? Goals? KPIs (no one likes KPI but are they listening)? I'm in west coast and really liked the Zone Directors (I guess she manages west and guy from Chicago covers East). Any insights as to team dynamic with her?

They have not yet shared goal for territory (should get that during upcoming final interview). Have the majority made goal for initial quarter of launch? I know the grass is never greener but I've followed Shire and although still going through growing pains want to make a move for next few years. Any other insights you can share are very much appreciated. Thanks!
