Sitting here knowing how the Arlington site is being run is absolutely heartbreaking, this place was so great and has steadily went to hell. I’m not sure what the new man’s motive is on ruining everything just to make himself look good on paper but he’s making a big mistake. Arlington has such great potential but is being ruined by poor management, I just wish they would listen to the people on the floor that’s putting years and so much effort for once, maybe someone of importance will see that Arlington does care but the managers just don’t listen to their people.It seems like they are cutting cost here in Arlington. Eliminating 3rd shift, moving other shifts around. Edgar has come in to make unfortunate changes.
It is relieving to know that all the information he discussed will not be distributed across anyone because that just shows how shady he really is.
