Cutting access specialist for Sotyktu? Why?

This launch is whack! Every since we reported Q4 numbers mangers are crazy. Now we are cutting the very people who help pull through.

Why not fix the hub? Why not get us better access? Why make us do so many teleconferences? Why can't you buy Accredo data? Do you realize BCBS is our biggest payer and you're just going to not get the data but tell me I'm below plan? What about Assembia? My second biggest payer? You guys suck.

BMS doesn’t buy data and never will. This has been going on for forever.

Why is anyone surprised by this with our inept leadership?!?!

I'm at Amgen and we don't get credit for:

Accredo
any Prime outlets
any Publix

so I don't feel sorry for you.

I will say you guys hired people with a ton of experience, but that weren't liked very well in offices

My manager said we aren’t going to receive credit for any SP fills that did not go through the hub. This is demoralizing at best.

As far as not being well liked it is what it is.

Cutting the access specialists clearly says that your access is not going to change anytime soon

you are lucky really to get credit for the HUB patients. Are those real anyway?

lol on the post of hiring all the wrong people with so called “relationships”

can you please elaborate as to how you know who BMS hired, how much experience they have, and how well "liked" they were in offices---you must "know".. a lot.... I smell a Celgene/Amgen sample dropping used to be hot mama making such claims about an entire sales team...so happy they all hit the wall and now post nonsense on this site

Stop telling lies here! We get 100% credit for SPs. Why wouldn’t we? The launch is ahead of schedule and we are on the verge of announcing our full contract coverage strategies for equal or prior formulary access to Amgen’s Otezla. Switchem out! Nothing but good times ahead here!!! So stop tellin yo lies u pig!!!!

I've been here since the beginning. There was a real emphasis to hire experience. The problem is we hired people with the wrong experience. We needed to hire hungry people who could accept "no-way" 99% of the time and have the grit to still get it done. To do that, you need to actually interview as a human instead of letting our vendor do all the algorithmic work. We needed people who could successfully fight through double and triple step edits.

Instead we got people who had years of experience in dermatology selling products in preferred positions that had zero managed care access issues.

We should have hired the Otezla types and instead we hired the Galdera and Humira types.

Pig! Cute. If we are not contracted with the SP and it did not go through hub they do not know if the reps will get credit yet. No one has the answer. You should be able to have a civil discussion without name calling. Just reporting what I was told. I wasn’t clear in my initial post so I take ownership. But the name calling at your age… speaks volumes about how you were raised.

Heard the same from my manager about non-contracted SPs.

can you please specify how Galderma/Humira types have no experience selling in a competitive market--name the drugs and their formulary status please-- sample dropper- we cannot wait for you to enlighten us with your expertise....
there is not one person on this sales team that has not had to "manage" double/triple step edits...Otezla rep yet again showing why they just hired reps based on looks-thanks for the verification

Exactly try quadruple step edited on the Blues. Some of us understand access that are on this team.

Hearing the same. More so about smaller SP. On a positive note the managers are fighting for us to receive credit. Who cares about this though? Can we talk about the new goals?

$8million in sales. Period. For the entire quarter.

Consensus for 2023 was taken down by almost $200 million!

Those who can survive until 2025 will have a good time, but until then, this is a typical BMY cluster.

What are bets for Q1 2023 sales? Consensus is 18 - 23 million, or about what a single Skyrizi rep sells each month.

BWWWWWAAAAAHHHAAAAAAAAA

oh, and I agree with the Otezla chics on this thread: you guys hired some of the least favorite reps in any office
