Customer service rep?

What's the deal with a customer service rep in the field? Are they junior reps or something?

I make more than twice as much, get a car, and have better than a 50% chance I won't have a job January 1st.

they will hire more csa's to do the jobs.... think of it, they can get 2 more for your cost....

this is reality, the emerging markets in china is the only place we are going to find work. Start taking the mandarin language courses if you want to work and not suck on the govt's tit.

DSMs are at just as much risk of loosing their jobs and will not be given the opportunity to become a sales rep. They have been told differently but the plan has changed. MCL and CNS managers will be eliminated.

Between the CSR rep (no shortage of candidates here) and web based marketing the party is well over...mostly we are a human podium holding some electronic visual aid and getting a signature..it's like being a door man or elevator operator (nice to have but not really necessary)
