Customer Service Contract/nexium, Crestor, symbicort

Is this contract still going strong? I figure it will continue to stay around and continue adding drugs to the bag. From what I see and here, they do the exact same thing as "sales" reps.

Yes, doctors see them and assume it's another rep. Face the facts, the roi for the csa program is through the roof.

Really? The ROI is through the roof? And how are you measuring this ROI? Fake, high call averages?

Old drugs that were SOLD years ago are not impacted by you. New drugs (see DCSA's) are not impacted by you. If paying a person less $$$ to have no impact is a good investment, I guess you guys are THE BEST! Show me the ROI????

Hey fuckface get over yourself. Pharma reps don't sell shit and if you were smarter you would know that. It is an all but dead job. CSA's do the same thing you do (fake calls, drop samples) just like your whiny, pompous over paid ass does so corporate realizes that. If you had half a brain you would too.

You have been at this for a long time. Still no work?

No wonder why other companies are copying the csa model. My sister in law is an office manager for a pain group and she said offices only want the free lunch. She said the doctor doesnt even was the time with the "sales" person. Csa's are the future of this industry, plain as day

So does your sister have any advice on CSA impact of launching a drug? See, the doctors need to KNOW HOW THE NEW DRUG WORKS. They need to know the clinical side of the equation. Your ignorance is laughable, little CSA. I'll reiterate what the OP said and ask HOW IS YOUR SUPPOSED SUCCESS MEASURED? You already admitted that you fake calls. Idiot!

So you think after your cheesy sales pitch to a doctor actually works for a launch product. Get real, go get a real sales job if you think you can sell. Since you're smarter than the doctor I'm sure he'll listen to your launch product pitch. All the info a doctor needs is a PI. That's basically it captain sales person

Being on the medical sales side of healthcare I can tell you nobody sells shit. It's all about servicing what your customer needs. Nobody listens to cheesy sales pitches anymore

This thread is priceless. You guys are excited about a job making $35K? hahaha Why are you on a CSA thread if you are in "med sales"? I'm sure you're killing it at "med sales"...since "nobody sells shit".

What "services" do you provide to your customers? Please be specific. HAHAHAH HAHAHA

How is your ROI MEASURED? HAHAHAHAH

Why don't you answer any questions? Too stupid, or you don't want to admit that you don't even know how your success is measured? HAHAHAH

HAHHAHAHAHAHAH

Watching you immature, dimwitted, useless, low rent CSO hacks fight amongst each other over the scraps this dump gives you is hilarious. It's like watching two mentally damaged apes at the zoo fight over a molded Milk Dud. LOL This board is always good for laugh.

Do MBA's qualify?
