There's a reason the turnover in this division has surpassed 50% two years in a row. No area of the country is immune to the problems. If you're in a desperate situation, it will buy you a few months until you find something with some stability and growth potential. Definitely don't look at this gig as a greener pasture-- there's no room for promotion from within the ranks and you'll be micro managed like nothing you've ever seen. I assume they think if we do more spreadsheets that will translate into more sales. Um, no. I've only been here for a little while but geez, I don't see how people have done this for more than a few years. I'd say 18 months is about the average stay.
 






If you stay 18 months you will be passed up on many interviews.. You have walked into the kiss of death; as far as other jobs are concened. There are Phadia people interviewing for other positions in the industry; but cant get lateral jobs because of the scars that were left behind. Think about it .Management with multi gender suits; The federal bureau of investigation who continued and still continue their fraud case ; no room for advancement; manipulation ;deceit; cockiness; lack of reward at any level; ultimate compliance due to their history of previous criminality; and most of all incompetence at sr. levels... Get out and find another job (even if it is for slightly less money) as your name will be tarnished with the very same paintbrush as previous employees who managed to abscond... Save your name !
 






wrong. take the position , work hard and develop a relationship with a small lab, then tell the rep at the small lab, you will get him accounts for a payoff, do not so anything illegal, sell the test and the lab as long as the lab has great service and dont break any laws. think about it you will have two salaries and who are you hurting no one, who are you helping? your family and your bank accounts.
