I had a recruiter from Inventiv call me. I'm curious, if you're an employee of Inventiv but r selling for another company, who is your manager? Is it the regional manager for Inventiv or for the other company?

I was told on this contract your manager will actually be a Mallinckrodt manager. Your checks will come from inVentiv.
 






Checks and benefits come from inventiv always. Cars and all HR is handled by Inventiv. As far as you manager, it depends on the contract; it could be an Inventiv manager or a direct hire manager for the pharma company the contract is with. I have known some individuals who had 2 managers, one from each company.
 












They will be here because Inventiv reps will have their own territory with no overlap. So the goals will be equally expected no matter what territory you are in. The DM will be responsible for all of their district goals including the Inventiv territories. In many districts there will be some DMs who will have more Inventiv reps than direct hire reps. Also if a Mallinckrodt rep leaves their position will then be filled with an Inventiv rep.
