Ok since no one else has said it yet I will:

4 best years in a row and you offered us an f'ing cupcake? With a straight face. Still unbelievable. If you wondered if you were valued as a sales rep you don't need to wonder any more.

I will gladly take an Astellas cupcake. With or without the 5k rolled up in it. You have no idea how lucky you are to work for such a great organization. You seem ungrateful.

And you seem like you're either new here or came from an even worse place. There are a few. However there is nothing "great" left about this organization. I was here when there was. I remember when meetings were positive and reps were happy. Said stuff like "best job I ever had". ALL of that has been killed. Field sales treated like morons. World revolves around a bunch of desk jockeys in the APUS palace who spend their day giving us extra work to do. Since the day SS arrived we've been on a steady decline. And since JR took the big job it's accelerated. Ungrateful? I bring in a very large amount of revenue for APUS as do most in sales. The ungrateful ones are the ones cutting my meager bonus checks.

Well said! This place has become a retirement home for big-pharma washouts over last few years. No new products just non-stop BS from upper management. LOL

The only reason I'm still here is because I get paid a ridiculous salary, beni's and a company car for working 8 hours a week on spreaksheets...12 hours when my RSM comes to town. Helps pay the bills while I work on my side business.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
