You can work your ass off here and still be ranked very low…you would know that if you actually worked at Regnssys the bitter pill who doesn’t want to actually work for their job

This is the absolute truth. I have never worked harder quarter after quarter and ranked so low. They literally move vials around so their favorites succeed. The goals never make sense from one territory to the next. If someone blows out the goal they may not receive an increase while someone does not hit goal receives an increase. BS. NO transparency. Totally rigged. RD's have too much input and the comp team is clueless.
Q4 goals are unattainable. Questionable data and no transparency from where our data is being sourced. We need to improve our IT infrastructure for sure.

what data? Not sure which franchise you are talking about. I can report IMO from what I see that data isnt the problem. Commercial leadership believes what they want to believe and shoehorns the data to fit that narrative accordingly.
