The culture is volatile. How is it the more meetings and gatherings the worse the culture gets? It takes effort to make a culture this deflating. Like, actually going out of your way to make people miserable. Everyone gossips and throws people under the bus. Zero ownership and accountability. They lie straight to your face on a company, divisional and team level. No transparency in what’s to come. They truly don’t give a sht about investing in employees. It’s like high schoolers actually high schoolers may have more direction.. it’s amazing how this behavior is positively reinforced. Toxic is an understatement. Why do people cause so much drama over something that could be so helpful for patients and good doing. What the actual F
