Well after 5 years I'm finally happy to say I got out. The positive is I made decent money. The negative is everything else.

I hated working here since the day I entered CAST. Arrogant company, A-HOLE directors and VP's. Unethical business practices. Telling surgeons they will go out of business if they don't adopt robotics. Convincing gyn's who should not be dong surgery that they will be better surgeons on the robot.

I am so happy I don't have to sit through another company meeting where the one uppers try to advance their careers by quoting some business book they read years ago.

"sales is a transfer of enthusiasm" oh my god how ingenious. we should promote him immediately. By the way that quote was from sales superstar by brian tracy. in 2002.

Get granular, drive the curve, hard rudder right......Later A-holes.....

It still shocks me that the Fraud Deception Agency still has their blinders on to these clowns.

I was speaking with a recruiter and he mentioned he gets a minimum of 10 intuitive resumes for every position he posts.

like the other poster, my time here is done. 3 years is enough of this BS. Horrible culture, arrogant leadership. Most unethical company I have ever worked for.

How about the hundreds of phantom cases during the hay days of the stock. That seemed to be overlooked.

I've only been here for 6 months and I want out. I kick myself every day for leaving my previous job. My recruiter and hiring manager convinced me of the new improved culture. It really sucks here.

I have ethical/moral issues looking my customers in the face and delivering the messages we are instructed to deliver.

I still see no value in benign gyn surgery with the robot. For every open hyst we salvage there are a hundred hysts that can be done vaginally or lap for minimal cost. I can't think of a single ob/gyn surgeon in my territory that I would feel comfortable training on the robot. I would never let the last holdouts operate on any of my family members.

While looking for other opportunities I was told many companies do not want to bring intuitive people into their organizations. Especially managers.

If you are considering leaving your job to come to Intuitive, from my experience I say don't make the move.

Hahaha. So many use this jargon nowadays it's a joke. What I hear the most lately is "bandwidth" and "calibrate". Fucking douches

I agree with all of you. Had a 3+ year run and thankful that I left. The cases were interesting but those managers are laughable. I just pray they stay where they are and don't pollute any other companies with their nonsense.
