Culture Change?

None, Upper Management CEO and Top VPs changed twice. Mid-Management still the same three years later. It is really the Mid-Management that dictates the culture of an organization.

Bad Mid-management = bad culture

The CEO wants a culture change. Has he identified the bad culture and defined what the culture is he is trying to achieve? You can not change a culture if you don't know what is wrong to begin with and know what the culture is that you are trying to create.

There never was any real culture in this company other than FEAR.

wrong, back in the day this was an even better gig than it is now. really depends on which side of the country your are aligned to.

i wish we could go back to the day when an opportunity presented itself and we could make a decision to move forward with an account and secure our place in that office.

hey guys, the time is NOW! NOW! NOW! not in a week or two or three or four. Go ahead, take a chance trusting we know what we need, and lets MOVE. Stop sitting there analyzing the numbers, just do it. Kemba Walker just did it and look where he ended up!!!

Marketing, this is where we can ACT and not be in a position in a month of reacting. We feel like thoroughbred horses, loaded in the gate but the gate never opens. Lets lead the charge and TAKE ACTION. Give us the tools we need, we will take AIM and all of us will take OWNERSHIP OF THE POSITIVE RESULTS. OPEN THE F'ING GATES AND WE CAN ALL HAVE A GREAT YEAR

you talk a big talk, but marketing isn't going to do dick. the Feds are about to stomp your guts out for years of off label and you think you are going to go lock down some off label post op business. not a chance.

The mere thought that we, the sales force, are race horses is horrible. Kathy sent out a video 2 years ago showing this story of some broken horse that went on to win the Triple Crown. Then she used it as her tag line for the sales force to act as race horses out of the gate and kept telling people to win the Triple Crown. Hey Kathy, F U biatch. You're so convoluted with your own stories you forget that you keep repeating yourself every two years. No culture is new at this company except the culture that we need this company sold now more than ever. Every rep will get screwed on the severance and don't think that you'll be treated different because you work extra hard to dot your i's and cross your t's. The culture here is not thoroughbred race horse...it's a broken horse past its prime that is being sent out to the glue factory.
