If you're in specialty sales and are looking into Salix, you'll be disapointed. Salix is run like a micromanaged primary care sales force at best. You're considered a stupid worthless know nothing 10-2er until proven otherwise.

That sad part of this post is that there is someone in Salix who takes pride in everything you posted. They're saying, "that's right, it's a cut throat sales organization". Great if you're selling cars or printers, not good if you're dealing with healthcare professionals.
