Culture and Training

Can someone please discribe the Culture at Intuitive? To me it sounds like a Pharma Culture with micro management and daily reports. Also, a month of training 7 days a week. Is that true?

7 days a week to learn the skill set of convincing 2nd rate obgyns that they've suppressed their inner brilliance and should immediately start performing hysters on the robot even though these same hacks are incapable of doing it as a stand alone procedure.

What do you call the person who graduated last in medical school? Doctor.

What do you call your new Intuitive rep? Who cares because he/she will only be around 6 months!

The leadership is morally bankrupt. Micro management is their MO, free thought is not permitted and the concept of a team is non existent. At Intuitive you need to be PC and do what you are told or you will be deemed to have a "belief issue". A belief issue can be defined as realizing Intuitive might not be the only game in town or that you don't have to screw every customer in order to do business. Customers, like the reps, think the technology is good but the company sucks.
