Interviewing at CTI any current thoughts as to what the company is like overall?

Generally good company and people for the most part are high quality. Depending on the area you are in.

Just be careful of the marketing brand director Michael. He's crazy. The sales force cannot deal with him. Everyone complains about him, but they don't seem to deal with it. Some of us went to Adam but he does nothing either.
I bet there will be a class action against the company since he pisses everyone off.

Why did they hire him. Bruce knew he was an arshole and could not be controlled. Now the lawyers are coming for harassment

Everyone in senior management hates the guy; they just waiting to see what happens and maybe they will fire him. He has caused the company a lot of problems. Not sure why Jim keeps him around since Adam thinks he's nuts

We all know the guy has serious mental issues. Not long before he goes crazy and they put him in the hospital

He was drunk at the national sales meeting and tried to hit on one of the reps. She was good and avoided him. I told her to report him but she was worried about ramifications. Jim has his boy's club and if you are not in it, you are not in it.
