CSL Bayering has blight footsore

Please all of you listen. I have no vested interest in leading anyone the wrong way. I worked here for two years. Please don't do it. Absolutely invest the time in interviewing your would-be targets as well. Even the recruiters have been so desperate trying to find potential victims.

what do you think is the biggest problem with the company? is there high turnover? if so, why?

Its the bonus plan, it changes every quarter, Can you imagine working for a company where your bonus plan changes every quarter? This quarter you make nothing, next quarter you make a lot, get it right kop, pay your people or lose them .

Problem is, it's a little league company that thinks it's operating in the big leagues. CSL succeeds in spite of itself. Fantastic therapies, horrible management and execution.

And don't get me started on our CRM software. The absolute worst I've ever dealt with. Bloated, slow and too much work to actually be useful. A real shame.
