CSAs Q2 bonus

Although we were told we would get our Q2 bonus, I found out a few days ago from my manager that we are only being paid bonus for April and May. The reason is that there won't be any managers around to correct the metrics for dead /nonviable accounts. Of course they could have just used the average of April and May and applied it to money earned in June.Then again this is one more opportunity to screw us over. It was a 7 year project where they initially paid us little which was ok as we were just getting signatures for Nexium and leaving co pay cards but soon the job evolved and many demands were made on us and we were never fairly compensated. Glad this is over .Will miss some of my co-workers and i wish them well.
