Looks like Gerald just lost 6 of 8 of his employees. He also seems to have a tendency for crying while he is going thru this “transition.” If that doesn’t speak to his lack of leadership, than I don’t know what ever will. He is yet another one of Eddie’s totally unqualified managers that was a “yes man” that thought he could lead from behind. Well my friend, it’s time to pay the piper. Now put on your bow tie, emulate Gary and eat a 20 sack of White Castle burgers (to emulate Eddie) and put on your leadership hat and get a subscription to hooked on phonics! That will come in handy when doing field coaching reports! Learn to fake your job with the best of them!!!
 






I am glad someone finally brought this assclown up. He was our trainer when he was in his home office role. He lied about winning Leo Pride (which we later found out was rookie of the year when it was a year in which Leo had 3 new employees competing for it) and constantly lost his temper. He tended to only yell at female employees and has a serious ego issue. Good thing it seems Karma has finally caught up to Gerald. I hope he learns from this in his next role and takes an anger management course.
 












This is seriously so stupid. Anyone who has worked with Gerald knows he's too passive if anything. He's not going to yell, the guy wears sweater vests... He probably isn't physically capable of extreme emotions or raising his voice.

All anyone does is get bent whenever someone gets a promotion over them. It's so stupid. Life doesn't always go 100% our way, doesn't make it his fault he got chosen and doesn't mean you take it out on him.
 






He lost it on our training class too over something very minor. I lost all respect for him in that moment. No need to yell and throw a tantrum in a professional setting.
