Looks like Gerald just lost 6 of 8 of his employees. He also seems to have a tendency for crying while he is going thru this “transition.” If that doesn’t speak to his lack of leadership, than I don’t know what ever will. He is yet another one of Eddie’s totally unqualified managers that was a “yes man” that thought he could lead from behind. Well my friend, it’s time to pay the piper. Now put on your bow tie, emulate Gary and eat a 20 sack of White Castle burgers (to emulate Eddie) and put on your leadership hat and get a subscription to hooked on phonics! That will come in handy when doing field coaching reports! Learn to fake your job with the best of them!!!
