The best way to sum up the call today was stale.
Unappealing leadership that read from a script.

According to these flatliner they want a culture to be Nimble, Scrappy and Entrepreneurial.

This was a pretty pathetic way to kick things off and an end of March meeting doesn't sound like a lot of run with this lackluster group.

Such a bummer a company like Crown bought it....they are known for running on a shoe string budget and do not have a lot of clout in Aesthetics. They are a drug store topical OTC company (Strivectin, PanOxyl, Blue Lizard, Sarna, Keri, etc...) with the addition of aquiring SkinPen & PROGEN PRP. Not a lot of flair or innovation in the aesthetics world. LOL. IT will be a culture shock for the RVNC folks!

My thought was, they've been trying to buy Revance since August 2024 and this is the best s**t they can come up with? Where is the strategy? Just a bunch of empty platitudes.

It won't be long and many moving over from Revance will be headed out the door. Crown offers very little in terms of being able to deliver value and results. Today was very telling.
