If a company wants the so called best people, it is up to the company to provide the best possible motivation to keep people around, not non-compete agreeements. I don't blame anyone for leaving a company for a better deal, as very few companies truly care for their employees direct and or 1099. The Greenville guys won't take all of the biz, but they will take their share. This is a Zimmer loss and I would imagine more will follow.
