Cross Portfolio Roles - good or bad?

I’m looking at a cross-portfolio role. Any comments on how you like it or dislike it?

no real field time just lots of calls from home.

If what ZS told all of the HED/HD's is correct, we won't have any TAMs in the future because they only impact less than 20% decision making by a clinician (if that is a really good TAM too by the way).
