CRM

CRM is a tool for some unnecessary upper management to use to justify their job. Their big concern is to make sure you hit your call quota for the week. They are more focused on call count then call quality. I love it when they send out the emails asking why you did not hit your weekly number of calls. I understand the pipeline portion and the need to know what is going on and who the contacts are at each account. Their main reason is to use it to monitor if you are hitting your weekly calls. What a joke

Perhaps you think that a failure to meet our minimum performance standards is funny, but we are not amused. There is a reason that we need to micromanage failing employees, such as yourself and we take no pleasure in it. Given the choice, we would prefer all self starting superstars, but every barrel must have it's bottom.
