I'm dying laughing! This is so funny and honestly so true. I feel the same in eye care right now. It reeks of desperation over here. They want us entering in all the names and emails of lead/head techs in each office by end of April and make 1 additional call and 1 additional lunch to our top 20 targets this month. Sure lemme just stroll in and beg for yet another lunch or drop off another box of cookies to get one more lousy script. I'm sure that's gonna change everything.

Who’s the asshole that said to make one more call per day and do one more lunch? Sounds like the same shit in my division. Oh and they can shove the top 20 list up their asses because ours are so inaccurate most are low tier or non targets

Because they will fuck up the Lp-A every bit as badly as they pissed themselves with Leqvio. Why would any reasonable person think they will do things differently? They don't even know where the real mistakes are.
When your solution to poor commercial coverage, a useless ISET team, incompetent leadership and an FRM team that struggles to properly outline reimbursement is to pretend that an F.T.O. is really two actual syringes, you are fucked.
They will trip over their dicks again, because that is what they are good at. The only real positive is they won't have to fire a lot of people when they blow it with Lp-A because they will have already set fire to the entire division.

This is spot on. Only thing I would add is CV won’t be handed over LPa drug. Most likely be another expansion of small field force rare disease type reps. This won’t be a big seller anyhow to justify the 1000 person field force. Most of us will be looking for a new job within weeks or 2 years. They really messed this all up!

You have to love how everyone in management is acting like nothing is wrong. Business as usual. They are all delusional. The lack of awareness is truly inspiring!
