CRM division successfully creates division yet again

First you created division between CSS and PCP reps over the last year. Now we have to thank you for the stupid decision to further separate CSS, ISS and PCP reps.

Your decision to take DDD out of the equation for CSS means there is no reason to collaborate and share appointments. CSS will focus their message to initiating and switching patients in their offices, not in the hospitals.

I guess you’ve made our jobs easier.

If you want collaboration, all CV teams should get credit for dirt.

200 pcp and vss reps being hired are NOT for expansion, it's our replacements in 18 months. rep career is over. dial for dollars reps, contract reps right out of college, zero sales or job experience. managers same, technology can do those jobs.

Not sure that PCP reps will replace CSS. Entresto is not and NEVER will be initiated in primary care. Wait..because Novartis has a drug for HF, primary care is going to start to treat HF. And the chances that Entresto will be initiated in the hospital is slim

im not living in a fantasy world but I know entresto is being initiated in the hospital and actually quite frequently. Not sure where uour going with your last statement…

Does anybody in management here have any clue as to what’s going on? This place is a dumpster fire, end it appears that it’s only going to get worse as we near launch of Inclisiran.
