CRM Direct Sales Rep

What do these reps actually sell? Doesn't give any description on the website. What's the comp plan look like? Any info would be appreciated.

CRM sales is a great up-and-coming field. ASPs (average selling prices) are as high as ever and growing...about $10k for a full pacemaker system and $30k for a full ICD system. Sales reps usually make 20% commission on pacemakers and 10% commission on ICDs. It's a pretty easy job too. Usually 8-5, no nights or weekends, and the hospitals are very reasonable about what they page you for (if ever!). For the most part there is great camaraderie among all the doctors and reps. There is nothing to "sell" per se, because the industry standard is to split cases 30% to Medtronic, 30% to Boston Scientific, 30% to St Jude, and 10% to Biotronik. During the day you will cover cases, and when you are not covering cases you can play golf with the docs. The average sales rep makes $300k+ the top guys make $2M+. Hope that helps! Best of luck to you in the interview process.

What year did this job exist? Or are you hallucinating? Pacemakers don't sell for $10k, commissions are not 20% and 10% and you are on call andnwork all hours . This post is a great joke ! LMAO

Don't forget about the line of women (or men) with dollar signs in their eyes that are lined up to let you would be warriors take them out to a nice seafood dinner, convince you to marry them, sleep with the pool boy while you're single handily saving the life of a poor elderly women with complete heart block, and then wants a divorce. Sign those prenups!
