Criminal Investigation of Forest

I left Forest about a year ago, taking a position outside of Pharma. About 2 months ago two investigators from The Criminal Investigative Branch of The Department of Veteran's Affairs shows up on my doorstep. They informed me that they are part of a multi-organizational investigation of Forest with regard to both FDA violations and criminal business activity. Asked me questions for 2 hours about things that were discussed, stated, inferred, etc... at POAs, with managers, the whole nine yards. Wonder how this will fair considering Forest is already under a CIA? All I can say is run while you can!

First it is obvious you are lying because the the department of veteran's affairs would not be the one at your door. How do I know this? Because I have been in these types of investigations and the VA is not the one involved. It's a different department of the government that handles these things and I will not tell you the right branch because then some other yahoo will just return with another email later with the right group. Nice try though....pathetic
 






U are wrong and pathetic. U may think u know, but u obviously don't have a Fn clue what u are talking about. The first one is much more accurate that u. Keep your name calling and thoughts to yourself.

The forest board has a couple as real jerks - like this guy - who believe he angrier he sounds the more right he is. Yo buddy, goggle OIG and let me know if any work on behalf of the VA.

Well I don't know if you are telling the truth or are just another CF addict with a beef. You obviously left Forest, but yet so motivated as to come on here and talk about this. My question is if you aren't making this up, why are you discussing it here and not with your defense lawyer? I've seen countless people leave. No one has had anyone question them. Ever think if they are coming to question you that maybe they think you have something to do with it? IF you aren't full of crap, then your pants should be.

As the original poster of this thread, I am glad to see your comment on here. It reminds me of just how right my decision to leave such a disfunctional company where employees with such a lack of intelligence are so common place! If I were to venture a guess, I would say.... NY or Pen-Jersey Region but certainly not a given because people like you are spread throughout all of Forest. But again, thank you for confirmation.

Not sure what a "CF addict" is but I assure you I am not. The reason that I am not discussing it with an attorney is that I, personally, am not being investigated. I also personally know at least 2 other former reps that were interviewed as well. I wasn't necessarily "motivated" to come here and talk about it. I was in pharma for 10 years with 3 different companies. I never found this site truly useful, more.... entertaining than anything else. Never really felt the need to make comments, for the most part. When an investigator from a government agency shows up and starts asking questions about Forest business practices, that was a unique experience for me. Despite my thoughts that Forest, as a company, gives Pharma a bad name, I still think there are good people who work for the company that probably feel trapped there. Leave, stay, do whatever you want. I have no vested interest in whether Forest thrives or fails but if I were to guess, it would be the latter.
 






Alright Tool Box. If you are not being investigated then tell us where you worked and who is. You have no more ties to Forest anymore. I am also pretty sure the government investigators didn't tell you to keep quiet. If they did you would not be talking about this on Cafepharma. Right? Tell us. You seem to have nothing to lose.

More proof he is full of crap. The "real" investigators warn you not to post anything online and they mention CP by name. They also monitor the company they investigate. So if they did tell this yahoo not to post he is in deep do do....

Just goes along with the joker who posts they are some high powered exec and we are going to be bought by AZ. If they were they would come here and spill beans? Sure. Same with someone questioned for a CRIMINAL investigation? If so you just let the bad guys know you were coming. Again why when you no longer work here would you come on this sight and tell everyone? I still say if that is so tell us where you are from. You obviously have nothing to worry about. (Pretty sure not my region. People here are dirt balls but they lie about themselves their work ethic and sit home don't think any are deep rooted criminal system sponges)
 






Just keep sending all your information to OIG and make copies and send to FDA. Left this sad company 5+ years ago, and sent in information to both for many years and JUST got a call on "behave of the OIG, and the ongoing investigation of Forest" Can't wait to call them back. All those copies of Forest Info will finally pay off! They will call if you send in the right information
Forest reps are a joke in the industry!
