No product. Nothing signed. How are they still paying reps? It’s been 6 months now out of the field. Wow. Nothing like this has happened in Pharma history.
I don’t blame them. No product to sell. Low salary. I’m sure they feel like people on welfare.Now that the COE trip is done, all of the COE reps are peacing out. SMH

Probably just someone that doesn’t have a clue about the BD process and who in Kowa actually owns it and also that in order to either license or co-promote you must have people in place. This is hilarious. Whistling past the graveyard. I am long gone and not TG or Terry or whomever. Obviously not talented enough to get a real job, and if you opened your eyes and looked at who is running and decimating this clown show of a company you wouldn't post this garbage. I hope Jeff manages to pull a rabbit out of his hat for the many good people who still work there, and for the culture that once existed. That is why people stayed there, not for the money for the culture. Now low paying toxicity with an incompetent leader who surrounds himself with unqualified yes men. GET OUT. Maybe Jeff will get the boot one day, but Kowa is so loyal they have been paying people for doing nothing for six months! Furlough would have been even a contract sales force option. Be grateful to Kowa and pray they decide to send Jeff and the rest of Montgomery packing soon. Manager response that’s still loyal to KowaSo based upon this post and the previous who knows how many posts, some as if you are more than one individual by having a conversation with yourself, we can deduce the following.
1) you truly have an issue with JM and let it drive everything share on this thread
2) you refuse to address the following facts: he doesn’t own BD - Kowa Japan does and that keeping the sales team as odd as it seems makes sense for a company that is planning to be here longer than tomorrow
3) you state you left here “long ago” but can’t seem to move on - just sad
4) don’t seem to know when you have destroyed the horse and thus you have just become an annoyance
