Probably just someone that doesn’t have a clue about the BD process and who in Kowa actually owns it and also that in order to either license or co-promote you must have people in place. Easy to just dismiss someone that clearly has or had an issue with JM and now can’t let it go. Well yeah, it does sound like tg.

This is hilarious. Whistling past the graveyard. I am long gone and not TG or Terry or whomever. Obviously not talented enough to get a real job, and if you opened your eyes and looked at who is running and decimating this clown show of a company you wouldn't post this garbage. I hope Jeff manages to pull a rabbit out of his hat for the many good people who still work there, and for the culture that once existed. That is why people stayed there, not for the money for the culture. Now low paying toxicity with an incompetent leader who surrounds himself with unqualified yes men. GET OUT. Maybe Jeff will get the boot one day, but Kowa is so loyal they have been paying people for doing nothing for six months! Furlough would have been even a contract sales force option. Be grateful to Kowa and pray they decide to send Jeff and the rest of Montgomery packing soon. Good Luck to all the good people, and Karma will take care of the rest.
 






So based upon this post and the previous who knows how many posts, some as if you are more than one individual by having a conversation with yourself, we can deduce the following.

1) you truly have an issue with JM and let it drive everything share on this thread
2) you refuse to address the following facts: he doesn’t own BD - Kowa Japan does and that keeping the sales team as odd as it seems makes sense for a company that is planning to be here longer than tomorrow
3) you state you left here “long ago” but can’t seem to move on - just sad
4) don’t seem to know when you have destroyed the horse and thus you have just become an annoyance

Try to read these posts before you post them. Can't quite follow the first sentence, but like our current president numbers help keep you on track.
Post #1. Also, didn't read it. I believe you are saying my hatred of Jeff is driving the post. Actually, what he has done to a great culture, and some friends I still have there, are what drives it.
Post #2. He doesn't own BD? I don't know what that means. If you are referring to a generous Japanese company allowing corporate malfeasance to keep going on when they could just as easily furlough the entire place and start again anytime. I am thankful they don't! It doesn't excuse the destruction he has managed since Lou left. The last smart person in Montgomery.
Post #3. I come here to see how badly it truly is and wait to hear about the next big thing that cabal in Montgomery has managed to find for you all. It's like a train wreck, it's hard to look away, and it is a reminder of just how good it is on the other side of that.
Post#4. I am sure "destroyed the horse" is some clever witty phrase but hell if I can place it. My posts annoy people like you who seemingly get up every morning and convince yourself it's all great and Jeff is our savior. I bet you think Joe Biden had a bad night at the debate and will be better now too.

Everyone at Kowa should be looking. If you aren't I am unsure why. Just like Joe isn't getting better neither is Kowa. Even if they launch the ophthalmology product in three years. How big a sales force do you think that requires? Sun has less than 100 reps selling to dry eye space. Keep whistling my friend. Keep whistling.
 






JM is full of BS. Last September at the POA he said Kowa Japan has some ophthalmology drug that will produce multi billions a year. Does the dummy know it’s not that easy launching a drug in America? I’m shocked Kowa Japan keeps on believing his BS. OH And he was not the reason Livalo did so well.
