I agree. More companies are hiring now, and in doing so they are offering more money and better vacation. When you're a company like Valeant times like these take a different strategy to retain good employees. It's obvious Valeant doesn't care.
I just interviewed for an open position with B&L and I thought the manager was joking when they explained the vacation policy. I got more vacation than this when I started my first job out of college. Wow. How did they manage to sucker everyone else into this policy?
