Current manager doesn’t reply to emails for weeks nor does he do coaching reports. Just doesn’t do them. Plus coaching?? Hahaha. I thought coaching involved asking questions. If he doesn’t respond to to an email it is probably because the answer to your question is obvious or easy to find and/or your desire for a pat on the back is too pathetic to grant a response. Grow up and just do your job and stop whining about everyone else or looking for someone to blame for your crappy performance.
AND why do you care if he writes up a coaching report? You’ve done this job for 20 years do you really need someone else to tell you the obvious?
