Implanon insertion: 11981 (Insertion, non-biodegradable drug delivery implant)

Implanon removal:11982 (Removal, non-biodegradable drug delivery implant)

Implanon removal and Implanon reinsertion: 11983 (Removal with reinsertion, non-biodegradable drug delivery implant)

How long before a J CODE?

J0592 - Injection, buprenorphine hydrochloride, 0.1 mg

This can't be used because it says INJECTION instead of IMPLANTATION.
