Covidien is to layoff more by the end of the year. This time they are to get managers and go deeper than before in the Endo and Energy divisions. What they call Surgical Solutions.

Wait.....I thought we were following what Covidien had done with cuts. So, if Cov is doing a second round of cuts then ESC will likely do the same in the next months, not necessarily cutting the reps but go deeper into the home offices and make cuts in departments that are still too "fat" with managers and heads. After all, it's a new company if the sales force can be cut, then ALL should be reevaluated.
