So now all the reps that don’t work that didn’t get the covid vaccine are calling in sick. What is Lilly’s policy on this? You don’t get the vaccine, and every time you feel a little sick you call on blaming it on Covid while the rest of us who go the vaccine have to now do that persons job and ours. It’s the same reps that get away with not working. Why isn’t pharma mandating the vaccine for reps?

Just focus on yourself. This job is too easy to get upset over a coworker not working. Do you really think we make that much impact anyways? At the end of the day, DM's will know the reps that are slacking and making excuses. There is a reorg this fall, maybe they won't make the cut? Meh, anyways....that's all i have to say
 












Reps are required to call EHS for instructions if they have to quarantine and for how long just like everyone else in the company. So it’s not like people can just do what they want and just take off. If people aren’t doing that and following policy that’s a problem.
 






Reps are doing what they want. When a rep refuses to get vaccinated and then calls out sick claiming they may have COVID, that’s not fair to coworkers who are out working. Why doesn’t pharma mandate vaccines? If a rep doesn’t want to get vaccinated and then calls out sick they shouldn’t be eligible for the bonus their coworkers, pod mates are working for.

Reps are using the COVID excuse like wild fire to get out of work.
My husband was exposed, my wife was exposed, my kids were exposed blah blah blah. I don’t feel well so I better stay home to be safe. Oh woe is me, I’m afraid to go to work because I don’t want to get sick. Well were you not worried about getting sick in doctor’s offices before COVID because they treated sick people then too!?!
Oh my numbers suck because my offices are hard to see. Guess what, most of us are in the same situation. No different than pre-COVID because access is different in every territory.
Some people may need to consider a career change.
 






The best antibodies are those you get when you get COVID so get it and don’t get the shot. It doesn’t work anyway! You can still get COVID and spread it if you get the shot. Too many unknowns and some deaths associated with the shot!
