Sad to see Abbvie pushing employees back in the office while completely ignoring new Delta variant and safety of employees.

We are nothing but office meat for them.

Very, very sad.
 


















The field is more at risk of contacting covid as we are in physicians offices and hospitals every day. We have been in the field for months while everyone in home office has been at home. So Please stop complaining.

So true!! Try being a field rep for a day. Even those who are vaccinated are at risk with new variant so there is real concern.
 






Reps have been out in the field even when there wasn’t a vaccine. We were at risk in hospitals and offices. Hone office has been at home during all this time. So why are you all complaining?

Somebody needs to tell all the vaccinated DM's that who still refuse to go back in the field and only do virtual. It doesn't do much to "inspire" their reps. Basically says "you guys go out and do live engagements, but I'm going to continue to stay in my home office where it's safe."
 


















If they pull us out of the field again I’ll be pissed. There are actually some people who care about doing well in their career unlike a lot of others that are clearly using covid as a scapegoat for the fact they’re lazy and suck at their job.

Always playing the victim isn’t going to get you anywhere in life.

It’s going to take significant death or hospitalization of employees to pull reps out of field. I would say 1 on each district and or 20 plus in a region. So far the vaccines seem to be preventing death for this delta variant. Yes you might get sick or become a long hauler for symptoms but vaccinated you should not die. WORSE case you might spend a week in hospital with oxygen. Hopefully abbvie will help with the copays for this. A week in icu is expensive.
