Beware. Attorneys will definitely take your money just to tell you that you’re an at will employee and the same lawsuit was just dismissed in Houston. A private employer can mandate as they see fit. Gotta comply or move on.

It's not possible for amarin to meet the OSHA requirement of doing all possible to insure a safe office/work environment for outside sales. You are going into multiple medical clinics all day, not into home office.

You don't have to quit, they'll just place you on unpaid leave. You'll have no choice.

Once the deadline passes you will be put on unpaid leave and then lose your position. It's as simple as that. You will not be eligible to collect unemployment. If you don't need the income do whatever you want. If you do need the paycheck, I suggest you start looking for another job now.
