Does Novartis require employees to get the Covid shot? Interviewing for a sales position and it hasn’t been mentioned yet. I don’t want to ask and raise a red flag but I’m not getting another shot at this point. I got my shots over 2 years ago when my employer forced us too and I’ve had some health complications ever since then. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time if the company expects me to get this shot every 6 months
