The Covid BU G-Target Selection is a complete nightmare and makes no sense whatsoever. Kevin & Jeff's simple primary care office selling minds of putting inaccurate Dex & Pax into the decile is such an elementary F up that anyone who knows and understands the instutuonal space would get.
These 2 are idiots w hospitals and add Mr No It All Can't Tell Me Anything Else Marc Cohn , makes up the 3 Stooges of Gilead.
This targeting process is complete BS and how do you have 100 bed hospital ranked more important than 700 beds?
It is absurd and comical how stupid the 3 Stooges of Kevin Jeff Marc show has made our BU.
Add that to my crazy as RD who tries to game the system with his SAO experience adds to the dysfunction.
 






Riddle me this: How are we supposed to effectively choose targets when we don’t even know the IC? What exactly are we supposed to do? Just pick our targets using eeny, meeny, miny, moe?
 






























How do we know which G Targets report DDD data? Are we still choosing Targets that have DDD data or do we just choose any target on the G Target list?
Our RD forced us to choose the top 18 in order of how it's "ranked" in G Target which is totally inaccurate. This is the biggest PCP run team I've ever seen. Emails, core messages, metrics , role play and then told where to go to get business like they know my territory better than me. G Target is futile exercise if they're forcing us to choose specific accounts. The RD's need to grow a pair.

Word is all 5 RDs have posted for jobs and currently interviewing Q4. That is 100% of RDs, so what does that tell you about what they think if Jeff. Sounds like as bad as things were with KC & Kristi, it is twice as bad with Jeff because he allows KC to do what he wants with Sales where at least Kristi had checkmate actions to blunt KCs crazy off the wall ideas, Jeff just allows it and to change 2024 IC middle of the year and then change weightings & market baskets to favor certain regions is just insane. Kristi Banks and even Michele would have never allowed what has taken place in 2024 to ever happen.
The RDs have been with KC for 5yrs since launch and nobody left. Now after 1 year with Jeff, all 5 of 5 are actively interviewing speaks volumes (looks like it's a JP nightmare not KC)
