There is a hiring freeze for reps in dbu so that has to mean a reorg is coming .. when will they announce?

There need to be layoffs in the DBU. There have always been too many there. They hop on each other’s virtual calls and it’s overload. Cut them please. 7 in my state is wayyyy too many.

Hiring freeze is in place in dbu and neuro for the copromote with Pfizer and neuro. My guess neuro and dbu primary cares combine into a larger United PC sales force. Just a guess no real insider info.

Freeze is so those displaced inside and other BUs have opportunities.

You only need one rep per territory!! Way too many in the DBU!
