So let us see how long the paid off mods allow this post to stay up.
As of 6/12/20 Conmed Largo continues campus wide screening of employees at the beginning of each shift. Looks good on paper although what you do not see is the congregation of many employees entering the building at one specified location without masks in a very small area maybe 20 sq feet at the beginning of a shift. Also the check in area where employees are scanned is within 3 feet of a company drinking fountain so anyone that enters for the scan that is asymptomatic infected and unmasked could possibly infect anyone that uses that drinking fountain. All other entry doors are locked at this time. Due to the high volume of employees reporting to work for the designated shift it would seem that Conmed would have taken this into consideration to reduce the potential for large numbers of employees congregating at one specific entry to minimize the close contact potential from anyone infected.
