They do a little more than what you just posted (way too much time on your hands) If you were to try being a courier for a day I am sure there would be many lost specimens.

It's no different than with sales reps....there are hundred of us and them.....some are elite....some are marginal...and most get the job done well.

A smart rep promotes good relationships with the couriers in their accounts...they are an extra set of eyes and ears.

Most couriers could not be reps and most reps could not be couriers.

Quest Couriers are one of my greatest sales tools. Of course, I sell for a competitor.

Now that I think about it, Quest phlebotomy is a pretty good tool in my toolbox as well.

I agree. We never know another person's job. Sometimes something that looks easy can be harder than you think. They have my respect. And yes the client know there couriers and the couriers know them.
