If they don't have to pay the co=pay, they might pay for the brand name without asking it be changed to a generic. THe co-paYS ARE EVENLARGER NOW SO IT MIGHT NOT EVEN WORK.

The benefit is it saves money for later dwon the line. Most the generics work just as well so why not. Pfizer's false extrapolation of data from clinical trials might not work anymore

They get to dictate because the company IS PAYING THE BRUNT OF THE COST. The employee always has to option to pay, gasp..out of pocket for the branded item. Gee? Now there's a thought?
