monthly auto allowance and mileage, pretty generous esp. if you have a fuel efficient car. mileage changes with gas prices too which is nice. only thing that bugs me is RB's fleet company rule that you have to carry a $250 comprehensive deductible on your insurance...very unnecessary IMO. and your car has to be less than 3 years old or part of your auto reimbursement is reported as taxable income at the end of the year....not a big deal really, it doesn't affect your reimbursement...
health plans are decent, this year they offered an insanely expensive plan that is about the best insurance you can get....but there is a cheaper option that is also good, it's a PPO. Vision is better than it used to be, dental is not the greatest but ok
401k is matched to 6%, vested after 3 yrs with the company. you get stock options but i can't remember when, probably after you're vested...
hope this helps.
